UX Design Awards
The UX Design Awards Exhibition at IFA 2015
The UX Design Awards honour outstanding design and user orientation in products, digital solutions and services. The competition is run annually by the International Design Center Berlin (IDZ). All successfully nominated product solutions are presented to the general public at IFA, the global trade show for consumer and home electronics in Berlin. The UX Design Awards exhibition showcases all product solutions nominated by the competition jury. The 200 sqm exhibition presents about 50 nominated product solutions from 13 countries. Beyond that the Award winners will be announced during a festive Award Ceremony on Saturday evening September 5, 2015 at orangelab in Berlin.

Berlin Showroom is the destination in New York to discover leading fashion design from Berlin. Berlin Showroom bi-annually presents the best of German fashion to international buyers and press providing a unique opportunity for groundbreaking and cutting-edge designers to promote themselves outside Berlin. The third Women’s edition of Berlin Showroom New York will feature the S/S 15/16 collections of 10 of Berlin’s finest fashion designers. “German Summer” – an editorial specifically realised for this edition of Berlin Showroom by Jana Gerberding (photography) and Isabell Thiry (fashion editing) – brings together pieces of all 10 collections in one stunning fashion spread.

Seminars Autumn
German Design Council
During Autumn months the German Design Council offers a wide range of seminars focusing on themes like "design and marketing", "change branding" and "design thinking". In the seminars, speakers provide practical technical and methodological knowledge around effective branding and design management. The first seminar will take place on the 24th of september dealing with the challenge of design protection.
