IDZ Impulse Evening
How clarity and trust arise: The empathic conversation
Good (working) conversations are worth their weight in gold: they create trusting relationships, eliminate misunderstandings, activate joint creative potential and ensure more fun and quality in joint work - to name just a few. But what is behind it? Based on different sociological and psychological concepts, we explore and learn how we can improve the quality of our discussions with customers, colleagues or contractors with just a few conscious actions. IDZ Coach Andreas Viedt is co-founder of the renowned brand and design agency wirDesign and has been responsible for strategic brand consulting until summer 2019. His impulse evening will take place on 22 August from 7 to 9 pm.
Date
August 22nd 2019
What?
The Impuls evenings offer an introduction to the coaching program of the IDZ. This open group format deals with questions that play an important role in everyday professional life, but are often neglected. The respective topic is presented in an impulse lecture and then reflected upon in a small group. The exercises and discussions focus on the personal relationship to the topic. The aim is to sensitize the participants to professional action and exchange among themselves.
Costs and registration
Admission is free for members of the IDZ.
Participation fee for guests: 20 Euro, Reduced: 15 Euro
Since the number of participants is limited, we ask for binding registration.
