From October 1st to 31st the EMOP Berlin - European Month of Photography invites you to the 9th edition of Germany's largest photo festival. 114 exhibition projects by and with over 500 photographers as well as a wide variety of event formats in Berlin and Potsdam are on offer. With the opening of the central exhibition KONTINENT - In Search of Europe and the EMOP Opening Days at the Akademie der Künste on Pariser Platz, EMOP Berlin kicks off the photo month October.

Berlin Showroom will present the current Summer 2021 collections of seven Berlin fashion labels during the Fashion Week Paris in Fall.

The jury selected the following labels to participate: Gaillard Vivant, Hannes Kettritz, Paulina's Friends, Schmiede Bosslau, Susumu Ai, Tata Christiane and Vladimir Karaleev.

For the sixth season, Berlin Showroom cooperates with partners from Austria (Austrian Fashion Association) and Switzerland (Mode Suisse) in the shared DACH Showroom.

In order to strengthen marketing and sales of the participating labels in times of the Corona pandemic, a digital B2B sales platform will be developed this season, in addition to a showroom in the Marais district of Paris. The tool, which has been specifically developed for the DACH showroom, will support both the participating labels and the sales team in facilitating the exchange of information and communication with buyers.

All award-winning products from a wide range of industries can be seen in the exhibition. The presentation offers a cross-section of the current state of professional design and shows new trends.

From 16. until 18. of october 130 furniture-, fashion- and jewlerydesiger will present the Design Pop Up Store for special products during the 11th blickfang Basel. The international design fair is the biggest design concept store for the independent design scene and presents individual products offsides from the big shopping streets and furniture stores.
