Jürgen Hess is Managing Director at Franz Schneider Brakel, or FSB for short - the "publishing house that also produces door handles," as the Frankfurter Allgemeine put it with a wink many years ago. FSB is regarded as a traditional and premium brand of German design in the world of architecture. The company is synonymous worldwide with aesthetically and functionally first-class hardware solutions for doors and windows.

"It has always given me great pleasure to network with like-minded people in the design and architecture industry. That is also one reason why FSB and I became members of the IDZ this year," Jürgen Hess explains in the interview.
