Mastering challenges and complex working situations: Coaching in peer groups can deliver a valuable contribution to increase authority and professionalism. This program is aimed at individuals from comparable professional peer groups, sharing similar responsibilities and being confronted with respective tasks. This coaching program aims at reflecting and further developing professional action and interaction. The group setting offers the chance to learn from other participants’ experiences, to gain new insights and to improve personal performance.
