Impulse Evenings offer a focused introduction into the IDZ coaching programs. During these open group settings we raise and discuss questions, that often are missed out, even though they play an important role in every day’s working life. Respective topics will first be presented in an insight-session and later on discussed and reflected in a small group. Personal reference is the main focus to these exercises and talks. The aim of our Impulse-Evenings is to raise awareness for professional acting and to offer a platform for personal exchange.
Coach | Cornelia Horsch
Cornelia Horsch works as supervisor and coach at the IDZ. She provides support for individuals and groups in challenging working situations. She moderates, helps to find clarity and new perspectives and enhances professional growth. As designer and former director of the IDZ Cornelia Horsch knows about creative business and its challenges.
